2 · What data is processed, and why
Contact form: Your name, email address, business name (if provided), and the message you submit are processed through Web3Forms and forwarded to YP Consulting for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. The data is processed solely to handle your request and is subject to Web3Forms' privacy policy.
Server log files: When you visit this website, your browser automatically sends technical information to our hosting provider's server, including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of access. This data is stored temporarily for technical operation and security purposes (e.g. preventing misuse) and is not combined with other data or used to identify you personally.
3 · Recipients of data and international transfers
Data is shared only with the service provider named above (Web3Forms, for the contact form), strictly to operate this website. No data is sold or used for advertising purposes by us. This website does not use analytics or tracking tools.
Web3Forms processes contact form submissions on servers located in the United States. The United States is not covered by an adequacy decision under Swiss or EU data protection law. This transfer is limited to the information you enter in the contact form and takes place because it is necessary to process your specific enquiry, under the exception provided in Art. 17 para. 1 DSG. This website does not set cookies of any kind. Fonts and all other visual assets are hosted directly on our own server rather than loaded from third-party services.
